Terms of Service

You may use PDFNina to work on documents you own or have the right to process. Don’t use it to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to process documents you have no right to, or to disrupt the service (for example by automated mass requests).

Your documents stay yours. We don’t claim any rights over them. We process them only to provide the tool you chose, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.

PDFNina is free to use. Tools that run on our servers have daily limits without an account; with a free account, Office and web conversions and signature requests are unlimited within fair use (we may stop automated or abusive use), and AI tools keep a daily limit. Limits may change. We’ll announce it in advance if we ever introduce paid features.

PDFNina provides simple electronic signatures with an audit trail. Whether an electronic signature is suitable for a given document depends on the law that applies to it; some documents require a qualified signature or a handwritten one. You’re responsible for choosing the right method.

AI results can be wrong or incomplete. Check summaries, translations and answers before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical or financial decisions.

We work hard to keep PDFNina available and correct, but it’s provided “as is”. Keep a copy of important originals. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect damages or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use PDFNina after a change means you accept the new terms.
